Some of your tasks:

• Operational co-responsibility for the front office area including daily coordination, process control and shift organization
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations to ensure consistently high service and quality standards
• Supporting the Front Office Manager in implementing and ensuring all service, quality and safety standards
• Professional handling of guest complaints and solution-oriented support of demanding guests within the scope of operational responsibility
• Structured recording, prioritization and forwarding of relevant guest information and operational challenges to the Front Office Manager
• Close cooperation and smooth flow of information between all guest-related areas to identify and resolve operational issues at an early stage
• Support with duty scheduling, time recording and vacation coordination
• Participation in the induction, training and further development of new employees

A matter of course for you anyway:

• Several years of professional experience at the front office, preferably in the upscale vacation hotel industry (4- or 5-star)
• Initial management experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager
• Completed training in the hotel industry is a strong plus
• Very good operational understanding of all front office relevant processes
• Confident handling of PMS systems, ideally Oracle's Opera Cloud
• Experience in dealing professionally with demanding guests and service recovery situations
• Confident handling of MS Office

• Operational and technical management of the Front Office area (Reception, Guest Relations, Night Audit)
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all guest-related areas and the hotel management
• First management escalation level for guest complaints, special guest cases and sensitive situations in the hotel
• Active presence in the hotel and acting as a role model in appearance, communication and management style
• Structured recording, prioritization and forwarding of guest information, special features and operational challenges
• Leading, motivating, training and developing the team
• Creating and monitoring duty rosters, time recording and vacation planning
• Ensuring consistent compliance with all service, quality and safety standards at the front office
• Active participation in the analysis, further development and sustainable implementation of processes and quality standards in the rooms area

A matter of course for you anyway:

• Several years of professional experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in the upscale vacation hotel industry (4- or 5-star)
• Proven management experience in leading larger teams and in complex resort structures
• Sound operational understanding of all front office relevant processes including room management, upselling and close collaboration with revenue management
• Ability to act as a competent contact person in cooperation with revenue management, accounting and reservations
• Strong service and problem-solving skills as well as confident handling of VIPs, demanding guest groups and complex service recovery situations
• Very good and proven knowledge of Oracle's Opera (Cloud) as well as strong reporting and analysis skills to manage quality, guest satisfaction and operational metrics
• Strong analytical skills for the evaluation, optimization and sustainable implementation of processes and quality standards
• Confident handling of MS Office and a strong understanding of numbers and processes
• Advanced management or business qualifications (e.g. management programs, management studies or comparable further training) are a strong plus

Als Night Auditor bist Du während der Nacht die zentrale Ansprechperson im Resort. Du stellst sicher, dass Gäste rundum betreut werden, die Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren und Sicherheits- sowie Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden. Dabei repräsentierst Du das Resort mit Präsenz, Serviceorientierung und professioneller Souveränität.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

• Durchführung des Night Audits inkl. Kassen- und Buchungsabschlüsse
• Betreuung der Gäste während der Nachtstunden, Check-in, Check-out, Bearbeitung von Anfragen
• Kontrolle von Anreisen, Abreisen und No-Shows sowie Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Kreditkarten
• Regelmäßige Rundgänge im gesamten Hotel, Überprüfung von Ordnung, Sicherheit und technischen Anlagen
• Überwachung und Koordination der Nachtschicht, inkl. Abstimmung mit Nachtmitarbeitenden
• Ansprechpartner für Gästeanliegen, professionelles Handling von besonderen Situationen und Beschwerden
• Erstellung von Reports, Übergabe relevanter Informationen an die Frühschicht
• Koordination von Notfällen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
• Enge Abstimmung mit Direktion, Front Office Manager, Housekeeping und Technik

Fachliche Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung am Front Office oder im Night Audit, idealerweise in einem 4- oder 5-Sterne-Ferienhotel
• Kenntnisse in Opera Cloud und gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
• Erfahrung in Night Audit-Prozessen, Kassenabrechnungen und Reporting
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• 3-jährige Ausbildung mit spannenden Einblicken in alle Hotelbereiche
• Du bist einige Monate im Servicebereich tätig – gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst du für ein rundum gelungenes Gästeerlebnis
• Du empfängst Gäste professionell und freundlich – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out
• Du betreust unsere Gäste persönlich, am Telefon und per E-Mail
