The Alpenrose family hotel on the sunny side of the Zugspitze makes the perfect family vacation possible: the unique symbiosis of adventure, wellness and family hotel delights our guests.
As one of the best first-class family hotels in Austria, we offer everything you need for a vacation with a baby, child or teenager: from huge play areas, children’s and activity programs to wellness. Childcare from the 7th day of life, 7 days a week, makes us the ideal baby hotel.

Parking spaces are available. The apartments are between 15 m² and 59 m² in size and fully furnished.
Your Home
Living at Lusspark. This is our newest home for you. There are a total of 39 apartments in this building, an underground parking garage and outdoor parking spaces as well as a sun terrace in front of the building. The apartments are between 19 m² and 55 m² in size and are fully furnished. Some apartments also have a beautiful balcony. The apartments are charged between € 150.00 and € 75.00.
Haus Daniel is a charming older house in the middle of Lermoos. Within walking distance of 3 minutes from the Alpenrose. The apartments are between 18 m² and 42 m² in size and fully furnished. A small fee of between € 80.00 and € 40.00 is charged for these apartments.
Living in Haus Rose. You can’t live closer to your workplace. Haus Rose is directly adjacent to the Alpenrose. So you don’t have to worry about how to get there and back. The apartments are between 15 m² and 59 m² in size and are fully furnished. A small fee of between € 80.00 and € 40.00 is charged for these apartments.

Family Restaurant
At all Familux resorts, all employees enjoy an all-inclusive culinary offer. This starts in the morning with a breakfast buffet in the respective staff restaurants. Our employees are then offered a lunch buffet with hot dishes, vegetarian dishes and a salad buffet. Here, everyone has a choice of several dishes. In the afternoon, sweet snacks and savory sandwiches are available to our employees and dinner is also served as a buffet with hot and cold dishes. It is important to mention that great importance is attached to fresh products, high-quality preparation and a rich and varied selection at every meal.
In addition to the daily meal options mentioned above, employees have access to free hot and cold drinks (tap water, soda water, cola & lemonade, fruit juices, coffee and tea specialties) and snacks such as yoghurts, fruit bowls, fresh vegetables and biscuits/biscuits throughout the day.
Activities around Lermoos
Lermoos in the heart of the Zugspitzarena is a small, romantic and picturesque village at the foot of the Zugspitze in Tyrol. Even if the village doesn’t seem very big at first, Lermoos has a lot to offer.
Whether hiking, skiing, swimming, running, cycling or golfing. There is something for everyone and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Munich and Innsbruck are not far away.
