Objective of the position:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for the proper cleaning, care and preparation of guest rooms, suites and the associated floor areas - naturally in accordance with the defined housekeeping standards.
Your main tasks:
- Cleaning, care and preparation of the guest rooms and suites in accordance with the defined housekeeping standards
- Cleaning and tidying the associated floor areas incl. corridors, stairs, floor offices etc.
- Carrying out departure, stay and special cleaning
- Work according to defined cleaning procedures, hygiene and safety standards
- Proper handling of cleaning agents, materials and equipment
- Reporting damage, defects or technical faults to the supervisor
- Tidiness and cleanliness of own work area (floor trolley, floor office)
- Adherence to the specified time and work processes
- Willingness to assist with special cleaning or increased workload

Professional qualifications:
- Several years of relevant professional experience in housekeeping or room cleaning, ideally in the upscale vacation hotel industry
- A firm understanding of housekeeping standards, hygiene requirements and structured work processes

As part of our central finance team, you will work at the Familux headquarters in Lermoos in a small and flexible team. You report to the Group Manager of Finance and Controlling and are the communicative interface between the individual resorts, the companies at group level and external partners and contribute significantly to a professional and future-oriented financial organization of the Familux Group.
Your tasks
- Management of accounting for one or more companies at Group level, including:
- Ongoing accounts receivable, accounts payable, banks, credit card statements, wage transfer from payroll accounting
- Ongoing reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger and subledger accounts, checking open items
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Preparation of outgoing invoices and monthly settlement with the Familux Group hotels
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances with the other companies within the Familux Group
- Monthly advance VAT returns and other reports
- Preparation of and support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of business evaluations, reports and key figure analyses
- Collaboration with tax consultants and auditors, including preparation of documents for external audits
- Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines in the area of finance and accounting
- Collaboration in the ongoing digitalization and optimization of accounting processes
- Support or responsibility for other administrative processes, e.g. in the area of contract management, voucher management, payment transactions, fleet management or similar
What you bring with you
- Completed, relevant training as an accountant with a sound technical background
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the hotel industry or in a comparable service company
- Sound understanding of sales tax issues
- Experience with cost center accounting and intercompany accounting is an advantage
- Ability to prepare key figures and data in an understandable and structured manner
- Confident handling of MS Excel and experience with common accounting programs, ideally BMD, IT affinity and willingness to actively help shape digital processes

Professional Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a chef

- Very good knowledge of applicable hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Ability to work confidently under time pressure and with high guest volume
