Objective of the position:
In your role as a breakfast chef, you will actively support the kitchen team in day-to-day operations. Your aim is to ensure that the breakfast area runs smoothly by working in a careful, reliable and structured manner. This position requires a high degree of reliability, punctuality and personal responsibility from you - especially due to the early morning working hours in the breakfast operation.
Your main tasks:
- Active participation in the breakfast operation under the guidance of the post manager
- Assisting with the preparation, production and serving of the breakfast menu
- Assisting with ongoing replenishment, set-up and dismantling as well as supervising the breakfast buffet
- Ensuring cleanliness, order and hygiene in the entire work area
- Implementation of all quality, hygiene and safety standards (incl. HACCP) in accordance with the kitchen management's specifications
- Assisting with the proper storage and use of food
- Assisting with cleaning and maintenance work in the work areas, equipment and storage rooms
- Work closely with the breakfast team and service team to support a smooth guest flow
- Willingness to assist in adjacent kitchen areas as required

Professional qualifications:
- Completed training as a chef or initial practical work experience in the kitchen

Your tasks
- Management of accounting for one or more companies at Group level, including:
- Ongoing accounts receivable, accounts payable, banks, credit card statements, wage transfer from payroll accounting
- Ongoing reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger and subledger accounts, checking open items
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Preparation of outgoing invoices and monthly settlement with the Familux Group hotels
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances with the other companies within the Familux Group
- Monthly advance VAT returns and other reports
- Preparation of and support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of business evaluations, reports and key figure analyses

What you bring with you
- Completed, relevant training as an accountant with a sound technical background
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the hotel industry or in a comparable service company
- Sound understanding of sales tax issues

- You will learn how to carry out check-ins & check-outs professionally and manage reservations

- Administrative tasks such as invoicing, guest inquiries and office organization are also part of the job
