For our opening team we are looking for a motivated chef/young chef/kitchen assistant from autumn 2022.

We're looking for you because you don't leave a stone unturned. Whether sauces, side dishes or the mega steak - you bring everything to the point and still you fabricate small works of art. Ingenious - together with our kitchen crew you make our guests' palates rejoice! Why - because you are a doer!

Do you fancy a job that makes a difference? We're looking for a real hero behind the scenes - someone like you to make sure everything runs smoothly in the background in our kitchen. As a steward, you are the invisible star who lays the foundation for our success with your care and commitment. Make sure our kitchen shines again and support our team!

Your tasks

• Properly cleaning, sorting and putting away dishes, cutlery, glasses and porcelain
• Carrying out cleaning work in the scullery, kitchen and storage areas
• Machine maintenance: regular cleaning and descaling of dishwashers, tippers as required
• Proper and careful handling of work equipment and machines
• Final cleaning of the kitchen floor and in the cold stores
• Keeping the waste garbage cans in the kitchen area clean, sharing responsibility for waste separation and disposal
• Clearing and disposing of lunch and dinner in the canteen
• Simple kitchen tasks such as peeling onions, potatoes, etc.
• Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP

You know how important our job as service staff is, because we always know when we are allowed to be animator, advisor, taster, or psychotherapist for our guests.
