Our Familux Resorts are about more than just coffee - we create special moments of enjoyment for families who spend their most precious time with us. As a barista, you are a host and create a piece of vacation happiness with every cappuccino, flat white or matcha latte. You combine craftsmanship, service quality and genuine hospitality. As a real team player, you will also support our service team in the restaurant and contribute to an all-round successful stay.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of high-quality coffee and matcha specialties and, if necessary, your own signature drinks
• Professional operation and care of the coffee machines and grinders
• Advising our guests - from coffee selection to little extras for children
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and hygiene
• Helping to design the drinks menu
• Support with resort events (e.g. coffee tastings, workshops for adults)
• Support in the restaurant: welcoming and seating guests, general service activities

You know how important our job as service staff is, because we always know when we can be an entertainer, advisor, taster or psychotherapist for our guests.

You are the one who brings all the threads together and you are the one who either discusses the possible hiking routes and excursions of the day with the guests, or the one who is allowed to comment on the most exciting stories about the day's experiences in the evening.
