Du liebst es, den Kochlöffel zu schwingen, experimentierst gerne mit frischen Zutaten und hast ein feines Gespür für Geschmack und Aromen? Dann ist die Lehre als Koch/Köchin genau Dein Rezept für die Zukunft! Bei uns lernst Du, wie man aus hochwertigen Lebensmitteln echte Genussmomente zaubert – und bringst damit täglich Augen (und Gaumen) unserer Gäste zum Strahlen.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

• 3-jährige Ausbildung mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben und Einblicken in alle Küchenbereiche
• Du lernst, wie man köstliche Speisen auf allen Küchenposten zubereitet – vom Vorspeisenbuffet bis zum Dessert
• Du bekommst ein sicheres Gespür für Lebensmittel, Zutaten und Garmethoden
• Du wirkst aktiv bei der Menüplanung mit und bringst Deine Ideen ein
• Beim Frontcooking hast Du direkten Gästekontakt – und zauberst nicht nur am Herd, sondern auch beim Service ein Lächeln ins Gesicht
• Du erfährst, wie man auf Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten professionell eingeht und passende Gerichte zubereitet
• Du hilfst bei der Bestellung, Lagerung und Kontrolle von Lebensmitteln mit – Frische und Qualität sind bei uns das A und O
• Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind für Dich in der Küche selbstverständlich
• Du hältst die Lebensmittelgesetze & Hygieneverordnungen (HACCP) genau ein
