Compensation: According to Familux Pay, up to €2,920 gross per month is possible for a 45-hour workweek.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring impeccable, friendly service
• Taking responsibility for providing the best possible care for hotel guests in line with the Familux philosophy
• Maintaining the time records for your department in the “HGC” digital time-tracking system
• Creating floor plans and shift schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility within the service team
• Training and developing junior staff
• Regular participation in periodic management meetings
• Scheduling work shifts and vacation time for the entire department in compliance with legal requirements
• You will handle the operational planning of events in consultation with our Group & Event Department

Are you a natural at organizing, do you like to keep track of everything, and are you a quick learner? Then this apprenticeship is perfect for you! As a Hotel & Hospitality Assistant, you’ll learn all the key processes at a modern family resort—from the front desk to guest service to internal office operations.

Here’s what you can expect from us

• A 3-year apprenticeship with exciting insights into all areas of the hotel
• You’ll spend several months working in the service department—together with the team, you’ll ensure a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience
• You’ll welcome guests professionally and warmly—from check-in to check-out
• You’ll assist our guests in person, over the phone, and via email
• You’ll prepare hotel bills and handle tasks related to the cash register and office administration
• You’ll learn how to confidently handle guest requests and complaints
• You’ll collaborate across departments with housekeeping, the kitchen, housekeeping staff, maintenance, and the spa
• You’ll regularly attend training sessions and continuing education courses (Internal Learning Academy)
