Your profile
Professional qualifications:
- Completed training in wellness, spa, or hotel management, or equivalent professional experience

- Strong knowledge of Spa treatments, therapies, and wellness concepts
- Experience with Spa reservation and POS systems (e.g., TAC or equivalent)
- Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
- Business acumen and interest in KPIs

What you bring with you:

With your professional expertise, empathy, and strong sense of quality, you ensure that all treatments are carried out in accordance with our spa standards. Your Main Responsibilities
- Perform selected spa treatments for guests of all ages in line with the family resort’s spa concept
- Provide personalized consultation and care before, during, and after treatments, considering individual needs and well-being
- Ensure consistently high quality and service standards in all treatments
- Actively recommend and sell spa treatments as well as spa and skincare products
- Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment rooms and all working materials
- Comply with all hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the spa area
- Ensure a well-groomed and professional appearance in your work area
- Work closely with the spa reception team to ensure smooth scheduling and treatment processes
- Actively contribute to a professional and team-oriented spa atmosphere
- Participate in internal trainings and development programs for professional and personal growth
Your Profile
Professional Qualifications:
- Completed training as a massage therapist, wellness therapist, or a comparable qualification in the spa or wellness sector
- Additional skills in wellness, relaxation, or specialized massage techniques are an advantage (e.g. Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, sports massage)
- Professional experience in a spa, wellness, or hotel environment is desirable
- Solid knowledge of massage techniques and a basic understanding of body treatments and wellness concepts
- Experience working with high-quality spa standards is an advantage
