Job Objective:
As a Chef de Rang, you’re a passionate host and are responsible for your own service station. Together with our Head Sommelier and the kitchen team, you’ll ensure that our guests enjoy a first-class evening and feel completely at ease from the very first moment to the very last.
Your main responsibilities:
- Independently managing a service station

Purpose of the Position:
As Sous Chef, you’ll be our Executive Chef’s right-hand person and support him in the day-to-day management of the Firedeck. Some of your responsibilities
- Conducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance work
- Checking and maintaining air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems to ensure they’re working properly

- Resolving issues with the building’s infrastructure, such as leaks, damage to walls or floors, and other structural problems
