Du bist ein echtes Organisationstalent, bewahrst gerne den Überblick und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe? Dann ist diese Ausbildung wie gemacht für dich! Als Hotel- & Gastgewerbeassistent:in lernst du bei uns alle wichtigen Abläufe in einem modernen Familienresort kennen – von der Rezeption über den Service bis hin zur internen Büroorganisation.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

• 3-jährige Ausbildung mit spannenden Einblicken in alle Hotelbereiche
• Du bist einige Monate im Servicebereich tätig – gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst du für ein rundum gelungenes Gästeerlebnis
• Du empfängst Gäste professionell und freundlich – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out
• Du betreust unsere Gäste persönlich, am Telefon und per E-Mail
• Du erstellst Hotelrechnungen und übernimmst Aufgaben im Bereich Kassa und Büroorganisation
• Du lernst, wie man mit Gästewünschen und Reklamationen souverän umgeht
• Du arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend mit Service, Küche, Etage, Technik und Spa zusammen
• Du besuchst regelmäßig Schulungen und Weiterbildungskurse (Interne Learning Academy) 
• Natürlich gehören auch Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz dazu
• Deine Aufgaben im Servicebereich findest du übrigens auch in der Lehre zur/zum Restaurantfachfrau/-mann – du bekommst also gleich zwei spannende Einblicke auf einmal!

As a Hotel & Catering Assistant , you will get to know all the important processes in a modern family resort - from reception and service to internal office organization.

What you can expect with us

• 3-year apprenticeship with exciting insights into all hotel areas
• You will work in the service area for several months - together with the team, you will ensure an all-round successful guest experience
• You welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - from check-in to check-out
• You look after our guests in person, on the phone and by email
• You prepare hotel invoices and take on tasks in the area of cash register and office organization
• You will learn how to handle guest requests and complaints with confidence
• You work across departments with service, kitchen, floor, technology and spa
• You regularly attend training and further education courses (Internal Learning Academy)
• Of course, cleanliness and order in the workplace are also part of the job
