We're looking for you – a reliable Shuttle Driver with a passion for hospitality!

As a Shuttle Driver, you are one of the first and last people our guests meet, ensuring they arrive safely, comfortably, and on time. Whether you're providing transfers to and from train stations or airports, driving guests to local attractions, or operating our ski shuttle during the winter season, your friendly attitude and safe driving skills will create a memorable experience before check-in and after check-out.

This position combines responsibility, a passion for service, and the enjoyment of driving. It is ideal for someone looking for a part-time role or additional income alongside retirement.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Operating our hotel's shuttle service for guests
• Providing transfers to and from regional train stations and airports
• Driving guests to local attractions or other requested destinations
• Operating our ski shuttle during the winter season
• Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their journey
• Helping guests with loading and unloading their luggage
• Ensuring all transfers are safe, punctual, and comfortable
• Working closely with the Front Office and Guest Relations teams to coordinate shuttle schedules

What you bring:

• A valid Category B driving licence and several years of driving experience
• A responsible, safe, and forward-thinking driving style
• A friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality
• A genuine passion for working with people and delivering outstanding hospitality
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
• Good German language skills and basic English communication skills
• Knowledge of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena region is an advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required

• 3-year apprenticeship with exciting insights into all hotel areas
• You will work in the service area for several months - together with the team, you will ensure an all-round successful guest experience
• You welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - from check-in to check-out
• You look after our guests in person, on the phone and by email
• You prepare hotel invoices and take on tasks in the area of cash register and office organization
• You will learn how to handle guest requests and complaints with confidence
• You work across departments with service, kitchen, floor, technology and spa
• You regularly attend training and further education courses (Internal Learning Academy)
• Of course, cleanliness and order in the workplace are also part of the job
• Your tasks in the service area are also part of your apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist - so you get two exciting insights at once!
