Beauty & Spa in a Luxury Family Resort

As a Beautician or Beautician/Hairdresser (m/f/d), you will create exceptional spa experiences through high-quality beauty treatments, relaxing head spa services, and professional hair and skincare applications. With your expertise, passion for beauty and wellness, and strong service mindset, you will accompany our guests on their journey to relaxation, self-care, and well-being – from children to adults.

Some of Your Responsibilities:

• Performing professional beauty treatments and cosmetic applications in accordance with the resort's spa and beauty concept
• Providing facial treatments, skincare applications, manicures, and pedicures
• Offering individual consultations and recommendations regarding skincare and beauty treatments
• Actively recommending and selling premium spa and skincare products
• Preparing, maintaining, and organizing treatment rooms and work areas
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a professional appearance throughout the beauty and treatment areas
• Adhering to all hygiene, safety, and quality standards within the spa
• Working closely with the Spa Reception team to ensure smooth scheduling and treatment operations
• Contributing to a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participating in internal training programs and professional development opportunities

If you also have hairdressing qualifications, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing professional hair services such as washing, cutting, blow-drying, and styling for guests of all ages
• Providing head spa, scalp care, and hair treatment services in accordance with the resort's spa concept

What You Bring:

• Completed training as a Beautician, ideally combined with additional qualifications as a Hairdresser
• Several years of professional experience in a beauty, hair, wellness, or spa environment; hospitality experience is an advantage
• Interest in holistic beauty, haircare, and wellness concepts, including head spa treatments
• Experience working with premium haircare, skincare, and beauty products
• Excellent service orientation and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• A professional appearance and a warm, caring personality
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work well within a team
• Good German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage

Management & wellness in a luxury family resort

Do you love cosmetics and wellness, enjoy delighting our guests with your expertise, and support your team with passion? Are you a natural host who enjoys getting hands-on? Then you’ve come to the right place!

As Assistant Spa Manager (m/f/d), you’ll support the spa management team in the day-to-day running of the department while remaining an active point of contact for both guests and colleagues. Your main focus will be on professional cosmetic treatments, personalised guest care and active sales. You’ll spend most of your time in the treatment room while also playing an important role in supporting and developing our team.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Performing professional cosmetic treatments and beauty applications
• Providing personalised advice to guests on treatments and skincare products
• Offering expert advice and actively selling spa treatments, products and packages
• Supporting the Spa Manager with the operational management and organisation of the spa
• Providing professional guidance and motivating the team in day-to-day operations
• Ensuring compliance with our treatment, hygiene and quality standards
• Sharing responsibility for stock levels, orders and sales promotions
• Continuously improving the guest experience, treatment quality and sales performance
• Supporting the planning and implementation of sales campaigns, spa packages and promotions
• Handling guest feedback, requests and complaints professionally

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a beautician or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in professional beauty treatments, ideally in an upscale spa
• Enjoyment of working in treatment rooms and interacting directly with guests
• Strong sales skills and a passion for premium skincare products
• Initial experience in team leadership or supervising colleagues is an advantage
• A genuine passion for hospitality, team spirit and an independent approach to work
• Strong organisational skills, a sense of responsibility and a well-groomed appearance
• Good German skills; English skills are an advantage
