As a masseur / spa employee (m/f/d), you will provide professional massages and individual care for special spa experiences for young and old. Together with our spa team, you will create a relaxed atmosphere in which our guests can feel completely at ease.

Some of your tasks:

• Carrying out selected spa treatments for guests of different ages according to the spa concept of the family resort
• Providing individual advice and support to guests before, during and after treatment, taking into account their personal needs and well-being
• Ensuring a consistently high level of quality and service for all treatments
• Active recommendation and sale of spa treatments as well as spa and care products
• Preparation, follow-up and care of the treatment rooms and all work materials
• Compliance with all hygiene, safety and quality standards in the spa area
• Ensuring a neat and professional appearance in your own work area
• Working closely with spa reception to ensure a smooth appointment and treatment process
• Actively contribute to a professional and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participation in internal training and further education for professional and personal development

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a masseur, wellness therapist or comparable qualification in the spa or wellness sector
• Additional knowledge of wellness, relaxation or special massages is an advantage (e.g. hot stone, Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, sports massage)
• Professional experience in the spa, wellness or hotel sector desirable
• Sound knowledge of massage techniques and a basic understanding of body treatments and wellness concepts
• Experience in dealing with high-quality spa standards an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage

Management & wellness in a luxury family resort

Do you love wellness, enjoy working with people and want to take on responsibility in a high-quality spa area? Then you've come to the right place!

As Assistant Spa Manager (m/f/d), you will provide operational support to our Spa Manager and at the same time be an active point of contact for guests and the team. Together with your team, you will ensure smooth processes, the highest quality of service and a spa experience that will delight families in the long term.

Some of your tasks:

• Supporting the Spa Manager in the operational and organizational management of the spa area
• Active participation in day-to-day business and ensuring smooth operations at the spa reception and throughout the spa
• Coordination and optimization of appointment and treatment schedules for the best possible utilization
• Leading, motivating and supporting the spa team in daily operations
• Ensuring a warm, professional welcome for guests and individual care
• Competent advice and active sales of spa treatments, products and offers
• Quality assurance of all spa services and continuous further development of the offer
• Dealing professionally with guest feedback, requests and complaints
• Support in the planning and implementation of sales campaigns, spa packages and promotions
• Close cooperation with other departments for a holistic guest experience
• Sharing responsibility for administrative tasks, key figures and reports in the spa area
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and a calm, stylish atmosphere throughout the spa

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the wellness, spa or hotel sector or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in the spa or hotel sector, ideally in a managerial or deputy position
• Sound knowledge of spa applications, treatments and wellness concepts
• Experience with spa reservation and cash register systems (e.g. TAC or similar)
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
• Understanding of business administration and interest in key figures
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage

Beauty & spa at the luxury family resort

Do you love making people shine with professional hair and beauty treatments? Then you've come to the right place!

As a hairdresser / beautician (m/f/d), you will provide high-quality hair services, relaxing head spa treatments and selected beauty treatments for special moments of well-being for our guests - from children to adults.

Some of your tasks:

• Performing professional hair services such as washing, cutting and blow-drying hair for guests of different ages, especially children and teenagers
• Performing head spa and hair care treatments according to the spa concept
• Carrying out selected cosmetic treatments according to the spa and beauty offer
• Individual advice for guests on hair, scalp and beauty treatments
• Active recommendation and sale of spa, hair and care products
• Preparation, follow-up and care of the treatment and work areas
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and a professional appearance in the hair and beauty area
• Compliance with all hygiene, safety and quality standards in the spa area
• Working closely with spa reception to ensure a smooth appointment and treatment process
• Active participation in a professional and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participation in internal training and further education for professional and personal development

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a hairdresser or beautician, ideally with additional qualifications in the other field
• Several years of professional experience in the beauty, hair or spa environment is required, experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
• Interest in holistic hair and care concepts as well as head spa treatments
• Experience in handling high-quality hair and care products is an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
