The front office plays a central role in this. As the first point of contact for guests and as the organizational interface between the departments, it makes a significant contribution to the quality of the entire stay.
Some of your tasks:
- Operational and technical management of the Front Office area (Reception, Guest Relations, Night Audit)
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all guest-related areas and the hotel management
- First management escalation level for guest complaints, special guest cases and sensitive situations in the hotel
- Active presence in the hotel and acting as a role model in appearance, communication and management style
- Structured recording, prioritization and forwarding of guest information, special features and operational challenges
- Leading, motivating, training and developing the team
- Creating and monitoring duty rosters, time recording and vacation planning
- Ensuring consistent compliance with all service, quality and safety standards at the front office
- Active participation in the analysis, further development and sustainable implementation of processes and quality standards in the rooms area
A matter of course for you anyway:
- Several years of professional experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in the upscale vacation hotel industry (4- or 5-star)
- Proven management experience in leading larger teams and in complex resort structures
- Sound operational understanding of all front office relevant processes including room management, upselling and close collaboration with revenue management
- Ability to act as a competent contact person in cooperation with revenue management, accounting and reservations
- Strong service and problem-solving skills as well as confident handling of VIPs, demanding guest groups and complex service recovery situations
- Very good and proven knowledge of Oracle's Opera (Cloud) as well as strong reporting and analysis skills to manage quality, guest satisfaction and operational metrics
- Strong analytical skills for the evaluation, optimization and sustainable implementation of processes and quality standards
- Confident handling of MS Office and a strong understanding of numbers and processes
- Advanced management or business qualifications (e.g. management programs, management studies or comparable further training) are a strong plus

For our spa area, we are looking for an experienced and visionary personality as Spa Manager, who combines operational excellence with strategic foresight and develops our spa sustainably.
In your role, you will assume overall responsibility for spa operations - from efficient processes to managing and developing your team and ensuring the highest quality and service standards. With your flair for trends, cost-effectiveness and exceptional guest experience, you will design a spa offering that brings holistic well-being to life at the highest level and makes a significant contribution to the success of our resort.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for our spa area, including operational management and strategic development
- Management, training and development of a qualified team (approx. 12 employees)
- Ensuring a first-class guest experience - personal, individual, cordial
- Budget responsibility incl. planning, controlling and profitability analysis
- Responsibility for purchasing, stock management and product availability - with an eye for the essentials and the big picture
- Quality and hygiene control at a high level in cooperation with the management
- Development and implementation of sales strategies for treatments & spa products
- Active cooperation with the management to ensure and further develop our standards
What you bring with you
- Completed, sound training in spa management, wellness, cosmetics, massage or health management - ideally with additional qualifications in operations management or management
- Several years of demonstrable experience in a management position in a high-quality spa or wellness area, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- In-depth understanding of the operational management of a spa business, including personnel management, budget responsibility, merchandise management and quality management
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent guest service
- Strong analytical skills and experience in planning and controlling sales and cost figures
- Confident handling of modern spa and booking systems as well as digital product management
- High degree of customer orientation and a feel for the needs of discerning guests, combined with a clear awareness of quality
- Strong communication skills in German and English (at least B1/B2), other foreign languages an advantage
- Passion for innovation and further development in the spa sector, combined with a service-oriented and solution-oriented way of working

As an Assistant Spa Manager, you are the operational link between the Spa Manager, the team, and our guests. As an experienced, empathetic, and present leader, you support the Spa Manager in all operational matters, identify opportunities for improvement, uphold standards, and guide the team according to our Familux service philosophy. Your main responsibilities
- Support the Spa Manager in the operational and organizational management of the Spa area

- Lead, motivate, and support the Spa team in daily operations
- Ensure a warm, professional guest welcome and personalized service

- Maintain quality standards for all Spa services and continuously develop offerings
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally
- Assist in planning and implementing sales promotions, Spa packages, and campaigns

- Ensure order, cleanliness, and a calm, stylish atmosphere throughout the Spa
Your profile
Professional qualifications:
- Completed training in wellness, spa, or hotel management, or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in the Spa or hotel industry, ideally in a leadership or deputy position
- Strong knowledge of Spa treatments, therapies, and wellness concepts
- Experience with Spa reservation and POS systems (e.g., TAC or equivalent)
- Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
- Business acumen and interest in KPIs
- Professional and polished appearance
