Aim of the position:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible under the Executive Chef of the restaurant for the operational, technical and commercial management of the restaurant. You will significantly shape the culinary offer, ensure the implementation of quality standards, lead the kitchen team with clarity and motivation and bear full responsibility for the success of the a la carte concept.
Your main tasks:
- Management of the entire kitchen operation - organizationally, professionally and in terms of personnel
- Developing and implementing creative, seasonal à la carte menus with a culinary signature, in exclusive collaboration with Mike Süsser
- Management, motivation and further development of the kitchen team
- Active involvement in day-to-day business and ensuring that service runs smoothly
- Responsibility for purchasing, costing, use of goods and
- Responsibility for working time models, duty rosters, inventories and general economic kitchen management
- Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP

Your main tasks:

Professional qualifications:
- Completed training in the hotel industry or several years of relevant professional experience in housekeeping, ideally in a management-related position

Housekeeping plays a central role in this. As Executive Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for the operational, technical and organizational management of the entire housekeeping area and ensure that all guest rooms, public areas as well as staff and back-of-house areas meet the resort's high quality, hygiene and service standards at all times.
In addition to the operational responsibility, the focus of the position is on the responsibility for the structural development of the organization, the systematic qualification and development of the teams as well as the evaluation, control and sustainable anchoring of housekeeping standards throughout the resort.
Your main tasks:

Our requirements for you:
Professional qualifications
- Proven professional and management experience as an executive housekeeper or in a deputy management role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Very good operational understanding of all housekeeping relevant processes in rooms and public areas
- Experience in staff scheduling, cost control, materials and inventory management
- Sound knowledge of quality, hygiene and organizational standards
- Ability to manage operational quality, organization and profitability simultaneously
- Experience in working with structured quality, hygiene and organizational standards (e.g. LQA, ISO, comparable internal quality or audit systems) or demonstrable understanding of their structure, implementation and sustainable application in operational hotel operations
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, confident use of Opera / Opera Cloud is required

- Ability to act as a competent contact person in cooperation with revenue management, accounting and reservations
- Strong service and problem-solving skills as well as confident handling of VIPs, demanding guest groups and complex service recovery situations
- Very good and proven knowledge of Oracle's Opera (Cloud) as well as strong reporting and analysis skills to manage quality, guest satisfaction and operational metrics
- Strong analytical skills for the evaluation, optimization and sustainable implementation of processes and quality standards
- Confident handling of MS Office and a strong understanding of numbers and processes
