A matter of course for you anyway:

• Several years of professional experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in the upscale vacation hotel industry (4- or 5-star)
• Proven management experience in leading larger teams and in complex resort structures
• Sound operational understanding of all front office relevant processes including room management, upselling and close collaboration with revenue management
• Ability to act as a competent contact person in cooperation with revenue management, accounting and reservations
• Strong service and problem-solving skills as well as confident handling of VIPs, demanding guest groups and complex service recovery situations
• Very good and proven knowledge of Oracle's Opera (Cloud) as well as strong reporting and analysis skills to manage quality, guest satisfaction and operational metrics
• Strong analytical skills for the evaluation, optimization and sustainable implementation of processes and quality standards
• Confident handling of MS Office and a strong understanding of numbers and processes
• Advanced management or business qualifications (e.g. management programs, management studies or comparable further training) are a strong plus

As a Spa Therapist, you create a first-class spa experience through high-quality massages, treatments, and personalized guest care. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to our guests’ well-being, relaxation, and regeneration.

With your professional expertise, empathy, and strong sense of quality, you ensure that all treatments are carried out in accordance with our spa standards. Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform selected spa treatments for guests of all ages in line with the family resort’s spa concept
• Provide personalized consultation and care before, during, and after treatments, considering individual needs and well-being

• Actively recommend and sell spa treatments as well as spa and skincare products
• Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment rooms and all working materials
• Comply with all hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the spa area

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed training as a massage therapist, wellness therapist, or a comparable qualification in the spa or wellness sector
• Additional skills in wellness, relaxation, or specialized massage techniques are an advantage (e.g. Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, sports massage)
• Professional experience in a spa, wellness, or hotel environment is desirable
• Solid knowledge of massage techniques and a basic understanding of body treatments and wellness concepts
• Experience working with high-quality spa standards is an advantage

As a sommelier, you play a key role in our sommelier team and make a significant contribution to the quality, professionalism and continuity of our wine service and the wine culture at our Familux Resort. With a strong presence in the restaurant, you will provide excellent wine advice, active sales support and exceptional guest experiences. At the same time, you will support the Head Sommelier with technical and operational issues, take responsibility for the daily implementation of the hotel's wine philosophy and contribute to the further development of the sommelier area according to clear professional guidelines.

Guest service

• Independent, professional wine advice for guests at a high professional level

Our requirements for you:

Professional qualifications

• Completed diploma sommelier training (Austria, IHK, WSET Level 3 or comparable) or equivalent, several years of professional experience with upscale wine service
• Several years of professional experience in the service and wine sector of the upscale hotel or catering industry is required
• Very good knowledge of service, wine knowledge, champagne and beverage knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages desirable

As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in our team and help ensure the efficiency and reliability of our electrical systems. You know how important our job as service staff is, because we always know when we can be entertainers, advisors, tasters or psychotherapists for our guests. You are the one who brings all the threads together and you are the one who either discusses the possible hiking routes and excursions of the day with the guests, or the one who is allowed to comment on the most exciting stories about the day's experiences in the evening. Do you have time for that? Sure, because you have everything under control.

Your tasks:

• Welcoming and looking after guests
• Mise en place
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Collaboration with team members
• Knowledge of the products we offer and the daily changing menu
• Taking on the role of sommelier if there is no sommelier in the restaurant
• Working with our Commis de Rang in preparing the tables
• Ensure general care and cleanliness in the service station

• Completed training in the hotel industry or experienced career changer, in each case with professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
• Free access to the labor market in Germany
• Good knowledge of German
