As a Commis de Rang, you support the Chef de Rang and the service team in all operational processes within the restaurant service. You make a significant contribution to service quality by ensuring that all preparatory, accompanying, and follow-up tasks are carried out in a clean, structured, and efficient manner.

You are an essential part of the service flow and, through your attentiveness, cleanliness, and friendliness, help create a consistent and positive guest experience. At the same time, you ensure that Familux standards are consistently upheld within your station.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the serving and clearing of food and beverages according to standards
• Replenishing materials (glasses, cutlery, napkins, mise-en-place items, etc.)
• Preparing, carrying out, and checking mise en place (setting and clearing tables, arranging cutlery, glasses, napkins, stations, sideboards, etc.)
• Attentiveness to guests, including refilling water and supporting wine service as instructed by the Chef de Rang or sommelier team
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and hygiene in all service areas
• Supporting the Chef de Rang in all daily service operations
• Assisting with buffet service, children’s areas, or special stations as required
• Supporting events, special promotions, and setup and dismantling tasks

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy or initial relevant service experience

As a Chef de Rang, you are responsible for the operational management of your own service station and make a significant contribution to delivering a professional, warm, and high-quality guest experience.

You are employed at the Alpenrose Familux Resort in Lermoos and work in the Head Office (Team Austria) within the organizational structure of the Familux Resorts. The Austrian team looks after our Austrian hotels across all locations: the Alpenrose Familux Resort in Lermoos and the Dachsteinkönig Familux Resort in Gosau.

As a Reservations Representative, you will be responsible for professionally processing inquiries and making active sales for the Alpenrose Familux Resort and the Dachsteinkönig Familux Resort. Your aim is to convert inquiries into high-quality, suitable bookings, provide guests with excellent advice and increase revenue per booking through upselling and cross-selling. You will ensure consistent premium communication, high data quality in the PMS/CRM and a smooth process from inquiry to arrival.

Your main tasks:

• Active premium sales (telephone & written) of rooms, suites, arrangements and packages - consultative, binding, strong in closing deals
• Needs analysis and individual advice for discerning guests (family needs, reason for travel, preferences, scope of services, seasonal logic)
• Creation of high-quality, clearly structured offers including alternatives (category and added value arguments instead of price focus)
• Follow-up / follow-up management of offers with the aim of measurably increasing the completion rate
• Consistent upselling (higher category, suite, better location, longer stay, additional comfort) and cross-selling (transfers, spa/treatments, experiences, special services)
• Professional processing of rebookings, cancellations, options, guarantees and payment/deposit issues according to standards
• Clean maintenance of all booking and guest data in the PMS/CRM (preferences, notes, children's ages, special requests, return guest information) as the basis for personalized support
• Ensuring response times, accessibility and tonality at a premium level across all channels
• Close coordination with the Revenue, Marketing and Sales departments, as well as with Front Office & Guest Relation and relevant departments of both resorts to ensure a smooth guest journey
• Active participation in the further development of sales argumentation, offer modules, standards, text templates, AI systems and FAQs

Our requirements for you:

Professional qualifications:

• Professional experience in reservations, front office or sales in the upscale vacation hotel industry.
• Proven strength in telephone sales and sales-oriented consulting (value-based argumentation of high-priced services).
• Very good understanding of offer design, availability logic, rate/restriction systems, as well as cancellation and rebooking processes.
• Confident handling of PMS/reservation systems, ideally Oracle Opera Cloud, as well as MS Office.
• Very good written and spoken German and English; other languages an advantage.

Personal qualities:

• Strong sales mentality: you sell premium through added value, security, experience and quality - not discounts.
• Excellent communication skills (especially on the phone): clear, structured, empathetic, confident.

As a Junior Sommelier, you are part of the Sommelier team and support the restaurant service in providing expert wine guidance through active presence in the restaurant and professional guest service.

In close collaboration with the Sommelier team and under the professional guidance of the Diploma or Head Sommelier, you help create a high-quality, authentic, and service-oriented wine experience for our guests. This position is clearly operationally focused.

Guest Service

• Active participation in the evening service

What We Expect from You

Professional Qualifications

As a masseur (m/f/d), you are the expert for the well-being, relaxation and regeneration of our guests. With your specialist knowledge, your empathy and your calm, professional charisma, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that every guest leaves our spa with a deep sense of balance and relaxation.

You represent our philosophy of holistic health and mindful treatment of body and mind - and create an individual, unforgettable experience with every treatment.

Your main tasks

• Performing professional massages, body treatments and wellness treatments in accordance with our spa standards
• Providing professional advice and support to our guests before, during and after treatments, taking into account their individual wishes and health needs
• Ensuring an excellent level of service and quality in all treatments
• Compliance with hygiene, safety and order regulations in the entire spa area
• Active participation in a harmonious and respectful team cohesion
• Support with product advice and the sale of spa and care products
• Maintaining treatment rooms, materials and equipment and preparing daily procedures
• Inspection tours in the spa area
• Participation in internal training and further education for professional and personal development
  

Our requirements for you

Professional qualifications:

• Completed training as a masseur, medical masseur or wellness therapist (m/f/d)
• Additional knowledge in wellness, relaxation or special massages (e.g. hot stone, Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, sports massage) an advantage
• Professional experience in the spa, wellness or hotel sector desirable
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and holistic treatment concepts
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage

As a masseur at our Familux Resort, you are the expert for relaxation. You not only give our guests a sense of well-being, but also a bit of vacation happiness. Your touch is balm for body and soul, and you know exactly how to incorporate individual wishes and needs into your treatments and put our guests in a state of pure serenity.

Whether therapeutic or relaxing massages, couples and children's treatments or body treatments - with your hands and your passion, you provide the ultimate relaxation.

Some of your tasks:
