We’re looking for you 🛠️✨—a motivated facilities technician with skills, drive, and an eye for detail.

You’ll ensure that our hotel complex is always in top shape, from routine maintenance to repairs. Your goal is to ensure a seamless stay and maximum comfort for our guests. If you love technology and enjoy getting your hands dirty, you’ve come to the right place.

Some of your responsibilities

• Conducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance work
• Checking and maintaining air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems to ensure they’re working properly
• Repairing and maintaining plumbing fixtures such as water lines, toilets, sinks, and showers
• Resolving issues with the building’s infrastructure, such as leaks, damage to walls or floors, and other structural problems
• Installing and maintaining security systems such as smoke detectors, fire alarm systems, and surveillance cameras
• Assistance with renovation projects and redesigns of hotel rooms or public areas

What You Bring to the Table

• Have completed vocational training or have comparable qualifications
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Work independently and reliably
• A team player with strong communication skills
• You are reliable and punctual in completing tasks

Minimum salary under the collective bargaining agreement: Pay Grade 3, €2,376 gross per month on a full-time basis. Higher pay may be offered depending on qualifications and experience.
