Are you a natural at organizing, do you like to keep track of everything, and are you a quick learner? Then this apprenticeship is perfect for you! As a Hotel & Hospitality Assistant, you’ll learn all the key processes at a modern family resort—from the front desk to guest service to internal office operations.

Here’s what you can expect from us

• A 3-year apprenticeship with exciting insights into all areas of the hotel
• You’ll spend several months working in the service department—together with the team, you’ll ensure a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience
• You’ll welcome guests professionally and warmly—from check-in to check-out
• You’ll assist our guests in person, over the phone, and via email
• You’ll prepare hotel bills and handle tasks related to the cash register and office administration
• You’ll learn how to confidently handle guest requests and complaints
• You’ll collaborate across departments with housekeeping, the kitchen, housekeeping staff, maintenance, and the spa
• You’ll regularly attend training sessions and continuing education courses (Internal Learning Academy)
• Of course, maintaining a clean and organized workplace is also part of the job
• By the way, your duties in the service area are also part of the Restaurant Specialist apprenticeship program—so you’ll gain two exciting insights at once!
