Im Mai 2025 hat unser neu gestalteter und konzipierter Spa eröffnet: modern, stilvoll und auf Top-Niveau. Mit zehn individuell gestalteten Behandlungsräumen, exklusiven Bereichen für Baby Spa, Hair & Nail Spa sowie einer hochwertigen Naturkosmetiklinie setzen wir neue Maßstäbe für ganzheitliches Wohlbefinden – speziell für Familien.

Für die Leitung dieses Spa-Bereichs suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die operative Exzellenz, Teamführung und wirtschaftliches Denken vereint – und unser Spa-Angebot mit uns gemeinsam weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für unseren neu eröffneten Spa-Bereich inkl. operativer Steuerung und strategischer Weiterentwicklung
• Führung, Schulung und Entwicklung eines qualifizierten Teams (ca. 12 Mitarbeitende)
• Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeerlebnisses – persönlich, individuell, herzlich
• Budgetverantwortung inkl. Planung, Controlling und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse
• Verantwortung für Einkauf, Lagerverwaltung und Produktverfügbarkeit – mit Blick fürs Wesentliche und das große Ganze
• Qualitäts- und Hygienekontrolle auf hohem Niveau in Zusammenarbeit mit der Direktion
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien für Behandlungen & Spa-Produkte
• Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Direktion zur Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Standards

Was du mitbringst

• Abgeschlossene, fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Spa-Management, Wellness, Kosmetik, Massage oder Gesundheitsmanagement – idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikationen in Betriebsführung oder Management
• Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung in leitender Position eines hochwertigen Spa- oder Wellnessbereichs, vorzugsweise in der 4- oder 5-Sterne-Hotellerie
• Tiefes Verständnis für die operative Steuerung eines Spa-Betriebs, einschließlich Personalführung, Budgetverantwortung, Warenwirtschaft und Qualitätsmanagement
• Führungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, ein multidisziplinäres Team zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und für exzellenten Gästeservice zu begeistern
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Planung und Kontrolle von Umsatz- und Kostenkennzahlen
• Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Spa- und Buchungssystemen sowie digitalem Produktmanagement
• Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und ein Gespür für die Bedürfnisse anspruchsvoller Gäste, kombiniert mit einem klaren Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens B1/B2), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
• Leidenschaft für Innovation und Weiterentwicklung im Spa-Bereich, verbunden mit einer serviceorientierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
