For our spa area, we are seeking an experienced and visionary individual to serve as Spa Manager—someone who combines operational excellence with strategic foresight and will drive the sustainable development of our spa.
In this role, you’ll assume overall responsibility for spa operations —from ensuring efficient workflows and leading and developing your team to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. With your keen sense of trends, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional guest experience, you will design a spa offering that enables guests to experience holistic well-being at the highest level and contributes significantly to the success of our resort.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for our spa area, including operational management and strategic development
- Leading, training, and developing a qualified team (approximately 12 employees)
- Ensuring a first-class guest experience—personal, individualized, and warm
- Budget responsibility, including planning, controlling, and profitability analysis
- Responsibility for purchasing, inventory management, and product availability—with an eye for the essentials and the big picture
- High-level quality and hygiene control in collaboration with management
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for treatments and spa products
- Actively collaborating with management to maintain and further develop our standards
What You Bring to the Table
- A completed, comprehensive education in spa management, wellness, cosmetology, massage, or health management—ideally with additional qualifications in operations or management
- Several years of verifiable experience in a leadership position at a high-end spa or wellness facility, preferably in the 4- or 5-star hotel industry
- A deep understanding of the operational management of a spa, including personnel management, budgetary responsibility, inventory management, and quality management
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team and inspire them to deliver excellent guest service
- Strong analytical skills and experience in planning and monitoring revenue and cost metrics
- Proficiency in using modern spa and reservation systems as well as digital product management
- A strong customer-oriented mindset and an intuitive understanding of the needs of discerning guests, combined with a clear focus on quality
- Strong communication skills in German and English (at least B1/B2); additional foreign languages are a plus
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the spa sector, combined with a service-oriented and solution-oriented approach to work

As Chef de Cuisine, you’ll be responsible—under the resort’s Executive Chef—for the operational, technical, and financial management of the restaurant. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culinary offerings, ensure quality standards are met, lead the kitchen team with clarity and motivation, and bear full responsibility for the success of the à la carte concept.
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing all kitchen operations—organizational, technical, and personnel-related
- Developing and implementing creative, seasonal à la carte menus with a distinctive culinary style, in exclusive collaboration with Mike Süsser
- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen
- Responsibility for purchasing, cost calculations, cost of goods sold, and the ongoing optimization of the cost structure
- Responsibility for work schedules, shift rosters, inventory counts, and general financial management of the kitchen
- Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP

Purpose of the Position:
As Head Sommelier & Host, you’ll be the central figure in Firedeck’s service team. You’ll inspire our guests with your passion for wine, cuisine, and hospitality, and work together with the kitchen team to create an extraordinary dining experience. With your expertise, you’ll shape the restaurant’s wine and beverage culture and play a key role in the success of the new à la carte concept.
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the entire wine and beverage menu at Firedeck
- Teamwork is a top priority, whether it involves wine procurement, event planning, or making changes
- Advising our guests on the selection of wines, champagnes, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Developing and continuously optimizing a high-quality, contemporary wine selection
- Providing expert support and training to the service team in the area of wine and beverages
- Conducting tastings and creating special culinary experiences
- Acting as an active host and providing personalized attention to our guests
- Managing the wine cellar, placing orders, conducting inventory counts, and tracking cost of goods sold
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and service
