Our Housekeeping Attendants in the Rooms area ensure that guest rooms, suites and the associated floor areas are in a neat, clean and inviting condition at all times.
Objective of the position:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for the proper cleaning, care and preparation of guest rooms, suites and the associated floor areas - naturally in accordance with the defined housekeeping standards.
Your main tasks:
- Cleaning, care and preparation of the guest rooms and suites in accordance with the defined housekeeping standards
- Cleaning and tidying the associated floor areas incl. corridors, stairs, floor offices etc.
- Carrying out departure, stay and special cleaning
- Work according to defined cleaning procedures, hygiene and safety standards
- Proper handling of cleaning agents, materials and equipment
- Reporting damage, defects or technical faults to the supervisor
- Tidiness and cleanliness of own work area (floor trolley, floor office)
- Adherence to the specified time and work processes
- Willingness to assist with special cleaning or increased workload
Our requirements for you:
Professional qualifications:
- Several years of relevant professional experience in housekeeping or room cleaning, ideally in the upscale vacation hotel industry
- A firm understanding of housekeeping standards, hygiene requirements and structured work processes
- Willingness to work according to clear standards and guidelines
Personal qualities:
- High personal standards of cleanliness, tidiness and quality
- Reliable, careful and independent way of working

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth running of operations in your assigned area of responsibility and ensure that cleanliness, hygiene and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Your position has a strong operational focus: you are present on the floor, work actively, support the housekeeping staff in daily business and are the first point of contact for operational issues. At the same time, you are the extended arm of the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and a decisive factor in successfully implementing the housekeeping strategy "on the floor".
Your main tasks:
- Ensuring the consistent implementation of housekeeping standards in the direct working environment of employees
- Presence and guidance of the housekeeping staff in the assigned area during the daily business as well as active cooperation when required
- Checking guest rooms, public areas and internal areas in accordance with the defined quality and hygiene standards
- Ensuring compliance with timelines, workflows and priorities in the area of responsibility
- Responsibility for order, cleanliness and functionality of the housekeeping offices and floor trolleys
- Organization and coordination of additional and special services
- Support with inventories, material counts and ongoing monitoring of consumables
- Recognizing, reporting and tracking defects, damage or technical faults in collaboration with the technical department
- Technical support with the induction of new employees
- Passing on quality deviations, bottlenecks and suggestions for improvement to the supervisor

Professional qualifications:
- Completed training in the hotel industry or several years of relevant professional experience in housekeeping, ideally in a management-related position
- Very good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, order and efficient work processes

Objective of the position:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the ongoing cleaning, maintenance and control of all public as well as internal areas of the resort. Your main tasks:
- Cleaning and maintaining the public areas of the resort including the lobby, reception areas, corridors, sanitary facilities, spa & wellness areas, F&B outlets and other publicly accessible areas
- Carrying out cleaning work in different time windows (early, late or close to peak times) to ensure smooth guest operations
- Cleaning and checking back-of-house, staff and functional areas

Housekeeping plays a central role in this. It is largely responsible for the first and lasting impression of the resort and ensures that rooms, public areas and internal areas are in perfect, high-quality condition at all times.
As Executive Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for the operational, technical and organizational management of the entire housekeeping area and ensure that all guest rooms, public areas as well as staff and back-of-house areas meet the resort's high quality, hygiene and service standards at all times.
In addition to the operational responsibility, the focus of the position is on the responsibility for the structural development of the organization, the systematic qualification and development of the teams as well as the evaluation, control and sustainable anchoring of housekeeping standards throughout the resort.
Your main tasks:
- Operational, technical and organizational overall management of the housekeeping area including guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets, spa & wellness areas as well as staff and back-of-house areas
- Overall responsibility for ensuring a consistently high level of cleanliness, hygiene and quality throughout the resort
- Responsibility for the evaluation, further development and sustainable implementation of housekeeping standards, quality processes and control systems
- Establishing, managing and continuously developing an efficient housekeeping organization including clear management structures, roles and responsibilities
- Organization and management of staff deployment, duty and working time models and resources
- Responsibility for operational costs, use of materials, inventory management and the evaluation and planning of necessary investments
- Management and overall technical responsibility for external service providers in the housekeeping environment
- Regular, overarching quality controls and inspections to ensure that defined standards are met
- Active participation in the further development of process and quality-relevant organizational structures in the rooms area
Our requirements for you:
Professional qualifications
- Proven professional and management experience as an executive housekeeper or in a deputy management role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Very good operational understanding of all housekeeping relevant processes in rooms and public areas
- Experience in staff scheduling, cost control, materials and inventory management
- Sound knowledge of quality, hygiene and organizational standards
- Ability to manage operational quality, organization and profitability simultaneously
- Experience in working with structured quality, hygiene and organizational standards (e.g. LQA, ISO, comparable internal quality or audit systems) or demonstrable understanding of their structure, implementation and sustainable application in operational hotel operations
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, confident use of Opera / Opera Cloud is required
