Are you a real organizational talent, like to keep track of things and have a quick mind? Then this apprenticeship is made for you! As a Hotel & Catering Assistant , you will get to know all the important processes in a modern family resort - from reception and service to internal office organization.

What you can expect with us

• 3-year apprenticeship with exciting insights into all hotel areas
• You will work in the service area for several months - together with the team, you will ensure an all-round successful guest experience
• You welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - from check-in to check-out
• You look after our guests in person, on the phone and by email
• You prepare hotel invoices and take on tasks in the area of cash register and office organization
• You will learn how to handle guest requests and complaints with confidence
• You work across departments with service, kitchen, floor, technology and spa
• You regularly attend training and further education courses (Internal Learning Academy)
• Of course, cleanliness and order in the workplace are also part of the job
• Your tasks in the service area are also part of your apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist - so you get two exciting insights at once!

• You play an active role in menu planning and contribute your ideas
• You will have direct contact with guests during front cooking - and put a smile on their faces not only at the stove, but also during service
• You will learn how to professionally cater for food intolerances and prepare suitable dishes
• You will help with ordering, storing and checking food - freshness and quality are the be-all and end-all for us
• Cleanliness and order are a matter of course for you in the kitchen
