As our Spa Manager (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for our spa department while remaining actively involved in the daily operation. You will lead your team with passion, support guests and colleagues whenever needed, and ensure exceptional service quality and a wellness experience that creates lasting memories for families.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overall operational and organizational responsibility for the spa department
• Active involvement in the daily operation with a genuine hands-on approach
• Performing spa treatments and wellness services according to your qualifications
• Providing personalized consultation to guests regarding treatments, wellness offers, and products
• Actively promoting and selling spa treatments, retail products, packages, and additional services
• Ensuring a warm, professional welcome and personalized guest care
• Leading, motivating, and developing the spa team in daily operations
• Creating duty rosters and work schedules while supporting staff development
• Ensuring smooth operations at the spa reception and throughout all treatment and wellness areas
• Maintaining and monitoring quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Professionally handling guest feedback, requests, and complaints
• Planning and implementing sales campaigns, spa packages, and promotional activities
• Managing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and achieving financial targets
• Working closely with other departments to create a seamless guest experience
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a calm, elegant atmosphere throughout the spa

What You Bring:

• Completed training as a beautician, massage therapist, wellness therapist, or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in the spa or wellness industry, ideally in a leadership role
• A strong hands-on mentality and a passion for working directly with guests
• Experience in performing treatments and providing personalized guest consultations
• Strong sales skills and enthusiasm for premium spa products and wellness services
• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing team members
• Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, and current industry trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Strong business acumen and an interest in performance indicators and financial results
• Excellent organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage

Beauty & Spa in a Luxury Family Resort

As a Beautician or Beautician/Hairdresser (m/f/d), you will create exceptional spa experiences through high-quality beauty treatments, relaxing head spa services, and professional hair and skincare applications. With your expertise, passion for beauty and wellness, and strong service mindset, you will accompany our guests on their journey to relaxation, self-care, and well-being – from children to adults.

Some of Your Responsibilities:

• Performing professional beauty treatments and cosmetic applications in accordance with the resort's spa and beauty concept
• Providing facial treatments, skincare applications, manicures, and pedicures
• Offering individual consultations and recommendations regarding skincare and beauty treatments
• Actively recommending and selling premium spa and skincare products
• Preparing, maintaining, and organizing treatment rooms and work areas
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a professional appearance throughout the beauty and treatment areas
• Adhering to all hygiene, safety, and quality standards within the spa
• Working closely with the Spa Reception team to ensure smooth scheduling and treatment operations
• Contributing to a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participating in internal training programs and professional development opportunities

If you also have hairdressing qualifications, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing professional hair services such as washing, cutting, blow-drying, and styling for guests of all ages
• Providing head spa, scalp care, and hair treatment services in accordance with the resort's spa concept

What You Bring:

• Completed training as a Beautician, ideally combined with additional qualifications as a Hairdresser
• Several years of professional experience in a beauty, hair, wellness, or spa environment; hospitality experience is an advantage
• Interest in holistic beauty, haircare, and wellness concepts, including head spa treatments
• Experience working with premium haircare, skincare, and beauty products
• Excellent service orientation and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• A professional appearance and a warm, caring personality
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work well within a team
• Good German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage

Do you love to relax people, give them a sense of well-being and create real feel-good moments with high-quality treatments? Then you've come to the right place!

As a masseur / spa employee (m/f/d), you will provide professional massages and individual care for special spa experiences for young and old. Together with our spa team, you will create a relaxed atmosphere in which our guests can feel completely at ease.

Some of your tasks:

• Carrying out selected spa treatments for guests of different ages according to the spa concept of the family resort
• Providing individual advice and support to guests before, during and after treatment, taking into account their personal needs and well-being
• Ensuring a consistently high level of quality and service for all treatments
• Active recommendation and sale of spa treatments as well as spa and care products
• Preparation, follow-up and care of the treatment rooms and all work materials
• Compliance with all hygiene, safety and quality standards in the spa area
• Ensuring a neat and professional appearance in your own work area
• Working closely with spa reception to ensure a smooth appointment and treatment process
• Actively contribute to a professional and team-oriented spa atmosphere
• Participation in internal training and further education for professional and personal development

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a masseur, wellness therapist or comparable qualification in the spa or wellness sector
• Additional knowledge of wellness, relaxation or special massages is an advantage (e.g. hot stone, Lomi Lomi, Ayurveda, sports massage)
• Professional experience in the spa, wellness or hotel sector desirable
• Sound knowledge of massage techniques and a basic understanding of body treatments and wellness concepts
• Experience in dealing with high-quality spa standards an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
