Als Spa Rezeptionistin bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und sorgst für einen herzlichen Empfang sowie eine reibungslose Organisation aller Abläufe im Spa-Bereich. Mit deinem professionellen Auftreten, deinem Servicebewusstsein und deiner Leidenschaft für Wellness & Wohlbefinden schaffst du eine Atmosphäre der Ruhe, Kompetenz und Gastfreundschaft.

Du bist das organisatorische Zentrum des Spas, koordinierst Termine, unterstützt das Team und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unseren Gästen ein unvergessliches Entspannungserlebnis zu bereiten.

 
Deine Hauptaufgaben

• Professioneller Empfang, Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste
• Terminkoordination und -verwaltung für Behandlungen, Anwendungen und Spa-Angebote
• Kompetente Auskunft zu Spa-Programmen, Produkten und Wellnessangeboten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Spa-Team, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen
• Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten 
• Pflege und Aktualisierung der Gästekarteien sowie Reservierungssysteme
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Ruhe und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild im gesamten Spa-Bereich
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Marketing- und Verkaufsaktionen (z. B. Gutscheine, Produktverkauf)
• Aktive Mitwirkung an einem herzlichen, professionellen Teamspirit

 
Unsere Anforderungen an Dich

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie, im Wellness-/Spa-Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung an einer Hotel- oder Spa-Rezeption von Vorteil
• Backgroundwissen im Bereich Wellness zu Massagen, Kosmetik oder Ayurveda
• Sicherer Umgang mit Buchungs- und Kassensystemen (z. B. TAC)
• Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
• Gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten und ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen

Persönliche Eigenschaften:

• Ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit Sinn für Service und Details
• Freundlichkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Diskretion im Gästekontakt
• Organisationstalent und strukturiertes Arbeiten – auch in stressigen Situationen
• Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
