We are looking for someone with a special focus on creative show and dance activities: you bring a passion for movement and music, create simple choreographies for children, practice them together with the kids, and support them during small performances or mini shows as part of children’s entertainment and events. The emphasis is on fun – it is not about perfection, but about enthusiasm, expression, and shared experiences.

 
Your Main Responsibilities

• Loving, responsible, and age-appropriate care for children of different age groups
• Active planning and implementation of play, creative, movement, and experience-based activities (indoor & outdoor)
• Support with events – assisting in the organization and execution of children’s parties, shows, and special Kids Club events
• Creative involvement in designing and delivering mini-performances, shows, and performance moments as part of children’s entertainment activities.
• Ensuring a structured, safe, and clean childcare environment in compliance with all hygiene and safety standards
• Building trusting relationships with children and parents and maintaining professional communication with families
• Observing children’s development and responding sensitively to individual needs, moods, and group dynamics
• Close collaboration within the childcare team
• Support with organizational processes in the Kids Club (daily structure, material care, order and tidiness)
• Professional, calm, and solution-oriented handling of challenging situations, conflicts, or parental feedback

 
What We Expect from You

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed training in a pedagogical field is an advantage (e.g. early childhood education, social pedagogy, childcare) or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively: proven professional experience in childcare (e.g. kindergarten, kids club, holiday care, hospitality)
• Experience working with different age groups (ideally from toddlers to school-age children)
• Basic knowledge of developmental psychology, group pedagogy, and age-appropriate activities
• Solid understanding of safety, hygiene, and supervision responsibilities
• First aid certification (ideally first aid for children)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday periods

Personal Qualities:

• Warm, patient, and empathetic personality with genuine joy in working with children
• High sense of responsibility and strong safety awareness
• Creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm
• Team-oriented, reliable, and structured working style
• Resilience, calmness, and confidence in lively or challenging situations
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• Positive attitude, natural authority, and role-model behavior
• Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage

The Alpenrose Familux Resort is one of the leading luxury family resorts in Europe. Our aim is to offer families a holistic vacation experience at the highest level - with a unique offer for children and teenagers.

We are looking for you for our Teen Club: an enthusiastic supervisor who is there especially for the "big" little ones. You will create unforgettable experiences for young people aged 10 and over, accompany them through their vacation and create a space in which they can develop freely, try things out and simply be themselves.

Whether it's sporting challenges, action-packed adventures, cool workshops or relaxed chilling - you'll strike a chord with the teens and make their stay a real highlight.

Some of your tasks:

• Organizing age-appropriate activities and programmes at the Teen Club
• Carrying out the planned program points with a focus on fun, action and community
• Accompanying the teens on sporting challenges, workshops and excursions
• Driving the teens to external activities such as climbing gyms, go-kart tracks or mountain carts
• Actively motivating teens to participate in programs and events
• Ensuring a safe, respectful and positive group atmosphere
• Working closely with the Kids & Teens team
• Making vacations unforgettable for our teens

A matter of course for you anyway:

• Experience in looking after children or teenagers
• Enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility and a confident manner
• Enjoy sports, exercise and action-packed activities
• Class B driving license (mandatory)
• Knowledge of German and English
• Team spirit, flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays

• Running swimming lessons for children and teenagers - from beginner swimming to advanced techniques

A matter of course for you anyway:

• You have training or certification as a swimming instructor (e.g. lifeguard, ÖWR or comparable qualification)
