Your tasks

• Properly cleaning, sorting and putting away dishes, cutlery, glasses and porcelain
• Carrying out cleaning work in the scullery, kitchen and storage areas
• Machine maintenance: regular cleaning and descaling of dishwashers, tippers as required
• Proper and careful handling of work equipment and machines
• Final cleaning of the kitchen floor and in the cold stores
• Keeping the waste garbage cans in the kitchen area clean, sharing responsibility for waste separation and disposal
• Clearing and disposing of lunch and dinner in the canteen
• Simple kitchen tasks such as peeling onions, potatoes, etc.
• Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP

For our opening team we are looking for a motivated chef/young chef/kitchen assistant from autumn 2022.

We're looking for you because you don't leave a stone unturned. Whether sauces, side dishes or the mega steak - you bring everything to the point and still you fabricate small works of art. Ingenious - together with our kitchen crew you make our guests' palates rejoice! Why - because you are a doer!
