As our Spa Manager (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for our spa department while remaining actively involved in the daily operation. You will lead your team with passion, support guests and colleagues whenever needed, and ensure exceptional service quality and a wellness experience that creates lasting memories for families.
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall operational and organizational responsibility for the spa department
- Active involvement in the daily operation with a genuine hands-on approach
- Performing spa treatments and wellness services according to your qualifications
- Providing personalized consultation to guests regarding treatments, wellness offers, and products
- Actively promoting and selling spa treatments, retail products, packages, and additional services
- Ensuring a warm, professional welcome and personalized guest care
- Leading, motivating, and developing the spa team in daily operations
- Creating duty rosters and work schedules while supporting staff development
- Ensuring smooth operations at the spa reception and throughout all treatment and wellness areas
- Maintaining and monitoring quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Professionally handling guest feedback, requests, and complaints
- Planning and implementing sales campaigns, spa packages, and promotional activities
- Managing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and achieving financial targets
- Working closely with other departments to create a seamless guest experience
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a calm, elegant atmosphere throughout the spa
What You Bring:
- Completed training as a beautician, massage therapist, wellness therapist, or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in the spa or wellness industry, ideally in a leadership role
- A strong hands-on mentality and a passion for working directly with guests
- Experience in performing treatments and providing personalized guest consultations
- Strong sales skills and enthusiasm for premium spa products and wellness services
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing team members
- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, and current industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Strong business acumen and an interest in performance indicators and financial results
- Excellent organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage

To ensure this project becomes the culinary centerpiece of our resorts, we’re looking for you: a passionate Chef de Cuisine (m/f/d) who enjoys redefining moments of indulgence and delighting guests with artisanal skill and creativity.

Purpose of the Position:
As Chef de Cuisine, you’ll be responsible—under the resort’s Executive Chef—for the operational, technical, and financial management of the restaurant. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culinary offerings, ensure quality standards are met, lead the kitchen team with clarity and motivation, and bear full responsibility for the success of the à la carte concept.
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing all kitchen operations—organizational, technical, and personnel-related
- Developing and implementing creative, seasonal à la carte menus with a distinctive culinary style, in exclusive collaboration with Mike Süsser
- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen
- Responsibility for purchasing, cost calculations, food cost, and the ongoing optimization of the cost structure
- Responsibility for work schedules, shift rosters, inventory counts, and general financial management of the kitchen
- Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP

Purpose of the Position:
As Head Sommelier & Host, you’ll be the central figure in Firedeck’s service team. You’ll inspire our guests with your passion for wine, cuisine, and hospitality, and work together with the kitchen team to create an extraordinary dining experience. With your expertise, you’ll shape the restaurant’s wine and beverage culture and play a key role in the success of the new à la carte concept.
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the entire wine and beverage menu at Firedeck
- Teamwork is a top priority, whether it involves wine procurement, event planning, or making changes
- Advising our guests on the selection of wines, champagnes, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Developing and continuously optimizing a high-quality, contemporary wine selection
- Providing expert support and training to the service team in the area of wine and beverages
- Conducting tastings and creating special culinary experiences
- Acting as an active host and providing personalized attention to our guests
- Managing the wine cellar, placing orders, conducting inventory counts, and tracking cost of goods sold
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and service
