Your tasks:
Preparation and presentation of breakfast components at the buffet and in front cooking
Implementing individual guest requests in direct contact with guests
Mise-en-place, set-up and preparation of the buffet
Ongoing replenishment and supplementation of food during breakfast time
Checking and proper storage of products
Assisting with the receipt of goods and passing on requirements to the shift supervisor
Order, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) at your own workplace
Collaboration with the service team and support of adjacent kitchen posts

You support the Chef de Partie with all the work that arises at your post
You are responsible for the subtasks assigned to you in the kitchen
You are responsible for the preparation of food (including temperature and taste control, as well as appealing presentation)

You are informed about the professional handling of equipment and its safety regulations as well as compliance with cleanliness and HACCP guidelines
