We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating memorable moments for both our young and adult guests. You love advising guests, making them feel welcome, and creating unforgettable experiences through excellent service.
With skill, passion, and personality, you prepare and serve outstanding drinks while always keeping the bigger picture in mind. You understand that working in service means much more than simply serving food and beverages — sometimes you are an entertainer, sometimes an advisor, and often the person who turns a good holiday into a truly special one.
You are the central point of contact for our guests: discussing hiking recommendations and excursion tips during the day, and listening to exciting stories about their holiday adventures in the evening. And because you stay organised and maintain a calm overview, you always have time for genuine hospitality.

- are reliable and flexible
- have foreign language skills (an advantage)
- are motivated to learn new things
- enjoy working with children and parents
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Preparing mise en place
- Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction
- Working closely with your team colleagues
- Knowledge of our products and the daily changing menu
- Taking on the role of sommelier if there is no sommelier in the restaurant
- Working with our Commis de Rang in preparing the tables
- Ensure general care and cleanliness in the service station

- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and professional experience in the upscale hotel industry/gastronomy
