At Familux Resorts, coffee is about so much more than just a drink; it’s about creating memorable moments of enjoyment for families spending their most precious time with us.

As a Barista, you are a true host at heart, creating little moments of holiday happiness with every cappuccino, flat white, or matcha latte. You combine craftsmanship, excellent service and genuine hospitality. As a dedicated team player, you will also support our service team in the restaurant and contribute to an all-round successful stay.

• have strong communication skills with a guest- and service-oriented mindset (advise guests and take their wishes into account)

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation of high-quality coffee and matcha specialties, as well as your own signature creations when desired
• Professional operation and care of the coffee machines and grinders
• Advising our guests - from coffee recommendations to little extras for children
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Helping to design the drinks menu
• Support with resort events (e.g. coffee tastings, workshops for adults)
• Support in the restaurant: welcoming and seating guests, general service activities
