Do you love telling stories, planning content, and bringing brands to life through social media? Then we’re looking for you to serve as the creative bridge between Marketing and HR. In this role, you’ll highlight what makes us stand out as an employer, develop content for our channels, and advance our employer brand both strategically and operationally.
Some of your responsibilities:
You’ll plan, create, and manage content for our social media channels with a focus on employer branding.
You’ll develop creative campaigns to attract and retain employees.
You’ll prepare graphics, visuals, Reels, Stories, and other content formats.
You’ll analyze the performance of our channels and use that data to identify areas for optimization.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, HR, and our teams to provide authentic insights into our day-to-day work.
You’ll support HR-related communication efforts throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

This goes without saying for you:
Completed business training or an experienced career changer
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable programs.
A passion for the hospitality and tourism industries
Experience in employer branding, recruiting marketing, or HR marketing is a plus.
Confidence in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
You have strong communication skills in very good German and good English
A creative personality with a high degree of initiative and a hands-on mindset
Willingness to embody the company’s philosophy
Willingness to work as part of a team—dedication, reliability, independence, and punctuality
