Apprenticeships
What makes this profession so special? You can actually become anything. Whether you prefer to show off your culinary skills, know exactly which wine goes with which great dish, accompany our guests from arrival to departure with your beaming smile, or draw their attention to us with your creative postings. Nowhere else are there so many different professions united under the most beautiful roof in the world – a hotel roof :-)
With us, apprentices can still be apprentices and we take a lot of time to support, challenge and encourage you on your way. After all, anyone can go far with us in our large hotel family – from apprentice to hotel manager – that sounds good, doesn’t it?

Internship
We only train interns who have to complete a mandatory internship.As the demand for internships in the Familux Resorts exceeds our offer of max. 12 internships per summer many times over, the deadline for applications is December 1st of the respective previous year.
In the following weeks, we invite all applicants for a 2-day casting as our guest, so that we can get to know each other and also assess the skills and abilities of the applicants.

Talent Academy
Our FAMILUX TALENT ACADEMY is innovative. This is a program in which we are looking for THE BEST 3 TALENTS PER RESORT who can apply for an extremely high-quality training program. Over 18 months, we offer management training and specialist training courses – at the end of the program there is an examination so that the participants are then designated FAMILUX TALENTS.
The aim is for FAMILUX TALENTS to become the future of FAMILUX RESORTS after completing the program and to take on management positions in our resorts or at Group headquarters.
