Tasks and responsibilities:
- Guest service in the bar area
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Working closely with your team colleagues
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of our beverage offerings and cocktail menu
- Preparing cocktails according to our menu as well as individual guest preferences
- Collaborating closely with our Chef de Rang and Commis de Rang teams
- Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and high standards throughout the bar area
- Staying up to date with current beverage trends, cocktail innovations, and guest preferences
