With your careful and well-organized way of working, you make sure that dishes, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and work areas are always clean, organized, and ready for use. Together with the kitchen team, you play an essential role in delivering the outstanding quality our guests experience every day.

This position combines organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork, making it perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be an important part of a professional kitchen team.

Your responsibilities:

• Properly cleaning, sorting, and storing dishes, cutlery, glasses, and crockery
• Carrying out cleaning duties in the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage rooms
• Maintaining kitchen equipment, including regular cleaning and descaling of dishwashers and cleaning of tilting pans as required
• Handling all equipment and machinery carefully and responsibly
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
• Cleaning the kitchen floors and walk-in refrigerators at the end of each shift
• Keeping waste bins in the kitchen area clean and supporting proper waste separation and disposal
• Clearing and disposing of lunch and dinner leftovers from the staff restaurant
• Assisting with simple food preparation tasks such as peeling onions and potatoes
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, safety, and quality standards in accordance with HACCP regulations
• Working closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What you bring:

• Ideally, previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar position
• German and English language skills are an advantage
• An independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• A strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Physical stamina and a hands-on attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and excellent teamwork skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays

Salary up to € 2,676.00 per month (incl. locals bonus); plus 13th & 14th month salary; plus personal & in-house tips; plus revenue sharing; Possible annual salary incl. all bonuses: > € 41,000.00
