Your tasks:

• Guest service in the bar area
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Collaboration with team members
• Knowledge of the products we offer and our bar menu
• Creation of our cocktails according to the bar menu and individual guest requests
• Collaboration with our Chef de Rang & Commis de Rang
• Ensure general care and cleanliness in the bar area
• You are UP TO DATE and have your pulse on the "drinking time"

A matter of course for you anyway

• Completed training
• Free access to the labor market in Germany
• Good knowledge of German
• Friendliness and helpfulness towards guests and colleagues

We are looking for you because you simply enjoy dealing with our young and old guests. You love to advise and inspire them. You are a glass juggler and fill them with the best drinks. You know how important our job as service staff is, because we always know when we can be an entertainer, advisor, taster or psychotherapist for our guests.

You are the one who brings all the threads together and you are the one who either discusses the possible hiking routes and excursions of the day with the guests, or the one who is allowed to comment on the most exciting stories about the day's experiences in the evening. Do you have time for that? Sure, because you have everything under control.

We are happy if you:

• Are able to communicate and are guest and service-oriented (advise guests and take guest wishes into account)
• have team spirit
• are reliable and flexible
• have foreign language skills (an advantage)
• are motivated to learn new things
• enjoy working with children and parents

Your tasks:

• Welcoming and looking after guests
• Mise en place
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Collaboration with team members
• Knowledge of the products we offer and the daily changing menu
• Taking on the role of sommelier if there is no sommelier in the restaurant
• Working with our Commis de Rang in preparing the tables
• Ensure general care and cleanliness in the service station
