Tasks and responsibilities:
- Transforming our guest rooms and public areas into welcoming spaces where guests feel completely at ease
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene with great attention to detail
- Restocking minibars and organising linen and housekeeping supplies efficiently
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operations
- Working closely with colleagues and other departments — because communication is key
- Supporting and training new team members as they settle into their roles, because we grow together
