You are the first people our guests have contact with, whether on the phone or when they arrive at our hotel. So you can imagine how important you are. You are always the first point of contact for our guests, big and small, whether it’s tips for excursions, the odd ailment or a bouquet of flowers for a birthday. Many exciting tasks await you at reception – because one thing is clear, no two days are the same.
We are happy if you simply enjoy dealing with people. We will be happy to explain everything else, the different programmes and where you can find what you need on site.
The tasks at reception are very varied, because we accompany our guests through the most important time of their year – their family holiday. It’s not for nothing that we like to call ourselves holiday beautifiers.

You are the hard-working fairies and brownies who always manage to do a great job. Because working in housekeeping is one of the most important jobs in every hotel. No matter whether it’s the rooms or the public areas, another department needs help or a mishap has happened. We are so glad that we have you and that you make our hotel shine.
Our guests can stay in their room until 11.00 am on the day of departure. Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 3.00 pm. So that you can work properly, we only have the best products and equipment for you. Because hygiene and cleanliness are very, very important, especially in a children’s hotel.

Where would we be if it weren’t for our outstanding home technology? It doesn’t matter whether the PC is just giving up the ghost, a new shelf is needed or the socket in the room is simply no longer working properly. It’s nice to know that you are there to help us technophobes.
Painting and planing, clearing snow or mowing the lawn, feeding and looking after our animals, or simply replacing the light bulb. Not to mention all the pool technology and the heating system that you have so well under control.
There’s always something to do in such a large building, so there’s plenty of variety and lots of great tasks waiting for you.

In terms of cuisine, our hotels are slightly different. While the Alpenrose serves à la carte dishes and also offers a buffet, the other hotels do the exact opposite. The buffets in the Oberjoch, Dachsteinkönig and The Grand Green have nothing to do with ordinary buffets.
Here, food is cooked live in front of the guests and only the highest quality products are used. Our guests can savour the delicious delicacies from our kitchens almost around the clock.

If you work in service in one of our hotels, you live the idea of being a host. It is very important to us that you also have time for proper service to guests and can therefore fully realise your joy and warmth. Our restaurants are divided into many small areas so that there is no feeling of impersonality and you can work better. Because we know exactly that you combine so many tasks.
Whether it’s choosing the right wine, which hiking route is best, what the weather will be like in the next 3 weeks or whether the guest simply needs psychiatric care from you. Your job is so varied and super exciting. And that’s exactly where we want to support you.

Switch off, relax and enjoy. In our large spa, you pamper our guests every day of their holiday and make this time all the more enjoyable. The pool area, the giant water slide and the sauna and wellness area are the responsibility of the spa staff.
Professional sauna infusions by trained staff, sports courses in the Active Studio and advice from a fitness coach in the training room round off the feel-good programme for our families.

Supervisors and entertainers look after the little guests in our ‘Kids Club’, who are in good hands here from the age of 7. We offer the ideal entertainment and supervision for all ages in three different areas.
The baby club with its own sleeping and nappy-changing room for children from the seventh day of life to the age of three, daily from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm (Saturday from 9.30 am). Our staff undergo regular training at the ‘Academy of Children’s Hotels’ to provide the highest standard of baby care.
Children between the ages of three and eleven feel at home in the mini club. The play and sports programme is creative and varied. We do arts and crafts, organise ‘make-up parties’ and prepare various show programmes (fashion show, super talent), which are then performed in front of a large audience in the theatre.
In our teen club, teens aged twelve and over are involved in the programme and decide together with the entertainers what they want to experience.

Hotels this big also need a lot of hard-working hands in the background. Controlling is therefore an extremely important part of our hotels. It is here that invoices are checked and put on the payment run, budgets are planned and goods are received – and, of course, wages are paid on time.

Our marketing department is also extremely exciting and diverse. It is responsible for press trips in the hotel, looks after cooperation partners in the toy sector and places advertisements and promotions in the target countries of Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. After all, our guests need to know about all the things they can experience here.
