Florian and Julian Mayer are the managing directors of the Familux Group, whose passion and vision characterise the corporate culture. They create a working environment full of respect, appreciation and cohesion in which every employee can realise their full potential.
Clear positioning without compromises
When Ernst and Andrea Mayer took over the former Pension Alpenrose in Lermoos in 1988, they laid the foundations for a success story as pioneers of the family hotel industry and set new standards by specialising in the target group of families with children, with a lot of risk, vision and courage.
Together with their sons Florian and Julian, they are now leading the family business into the second generation with 4 locations in Austria and Germany. The hotels of the Familux Group inspire with their unique infrastructure and service, as well as relaxing, surprising, pampering, caring and awakening the desire for more. This has been the case for over 30 years.
New paths
Above all, our company not only stands for profitability. With currently over 670 employees and colleagues, we are a reliable and local employer for people in a family atmosphere. We maintain flat hierarchies with our employees, promote talent, take care of our home and environment and strengthen the people who accompany us on this journey.
Our passion
Making families happy at the most important time of the year is a wonderful and great responsibility. To create, maintain and constantly develop exciting holiday destinations. In turn, to be a caring employer for many other families, always focussing on people but always being mindful of the environment and allowing society to share in our success. We have always been aware that happy and healthy employees are the key to success and to a sustainable industry. We want this to be our answer to the question of why, so that we leave this place a little better than we found it.
